David Stratmann, Broker and Owner of NextHome Premier, has been in the real estate business for over 22 years and has lived in Howard County for over 47. He has owned and operated several successful real estate ventures making him one of Howard County’s leading real estate experts. Most notably, David owns PCF Management, the largest Howard County property management company, currently managing over 850 residential and commercial real estate properties since 1999. David was also the broker/lead sales person for Main Street Realty for the last 16 years (boutique brokerage) servicing Howard County and Builders Resource Realty from 2005-2009 (new home sales).
Shawn Stratmann, Business Development Manager and Salesperson at NextHome Premier, has worked in the fields of marketing and program development for over 20 years. Early in her career, Shawn was a National Client Communications Specialist and Communications sales rep for T. Rowe Price in Baltimore, MD. In 2000, she launched Avenue P Marketing and Communications where she provided impact marketing programs for several large clients. In 2003 she joined David, to focus on the growth of Main Street Realty and PCF Management. Additionally, Shawn is involved in the arts and is currently certified through An Coimisiun Le Rinci in Ireland to teach Irish Dance.
Matt Zielinski is the Managing Partner of NextHome Premier Realty with over 15 years of Real Estate experience and a central Maryland expert. Matt is a highly successful sales professional and new business development entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in a highly competitive market place providing results that consistently exceed clients expectations. Matt has over $100 million dollars in closed sales in his career guiding first time home buyers, sellers, luxury buyers, and Real Estate investors through seamless transactions always putting the clients needs first.

Our Technology & Marketing
NextHome Corporate offers agents two choices for fee structure; a monthly flat rate fee or a percentage of the GCI for each transaction.
For agents with a high volume book of business, the monthly flat rate fee may make more sense. If you are just getting started, the percentage of commission might be a better fit. Either model that you choose, you can be assured that there are no surprises.
NextHome also offers agents the option of changing your plan every six months. This allows you to change to a flat rate during the busier season and then the percentage model during the slower months.
